Due to this item being a raw product we can't guarantee it won't be damaged in transit. We take the extra steps and precautions for the mail service to follow but once it is out of our hands it is completely out of our control. That being said we do use cold mail service, the correct labeling/stickers, and will make sure the movement in package is minimal.
